Putting money in
GHS 5 is the floor. If you are depositing in order to claim a welcome offer, GHS 10 is the number that matters — the bonus does not fire below it, and topping up GHS 5 twice does not count the same as one GHS 10 deposit.
The USSD route is worth knowing if data is expensive or unreliable where you are: it works from any handset without the app or the site.
Taking money out
GHS 10 minimum, GHS 20,000 a day. Anything above that ceiling is not refused — it rolls into the next day's processing.
Two things reduce what actually lands in your wallet. The first is the 50% rule if you have not bet. The second is the 10% withholding tax, which is Ghanaian law rather than a house charge — and it is calculated on your winnings, not on your deposits.
