PrideSpins Login
Your phone number and your password. That is the whole login — and when it fails, it is almost always one of four things.
Four steps
-
Open PrideSpins
The Login button sits top right on every page, next to Register. Same place in the app.
-
Enter your phone number
The Ghanaian number you registered with — the same one your MoMo runs on. Not an email address: the account is tied to the number.
-
Type the password
It is case sensitive. This is where nine out of ten failed logins actually go wrong.
-
You are in
The balance shows top right. From here the cashier, the promotions page and Aviator are one tap away.
The one that catches everyone
The password is case sensitive
A capital letter where you typed a small one is the most common reason a correct password is rejected. Phone keyboards capitalise the first character automatically, and that alone breaks the login. Type it into a notes app first if you are unsure, then paste it in.
Second most common: the wrong number. The account lives on the Ghanaian number you signed up with, not on an email address, and not on a second SIM you carry.
What to check, in order
| Login is | phone number + password |
|---|---|
| Password | case sensitivecheck the first letter |
| Reset code goes to | the registered number |
| Accounts per person | one |
| Change of number | live chat only |
| Support | live chat, phone, email |
Resetting the password
The forgot-password link sits under the login form. The code arrives by SMS on the registered number and you set the new password in the same screen. Two things stop this working: no signal on that SIM, and a code typed after it expired — request a fresh one rather than retyping the old.
The app uses the same credentials, so there is nothing separate to remember there. And if a page asks for more than your number and password, you are not on PrideSpins — the address is pridespins.com.gh.
Still locked out
Live chat is the fastest of the three support routes and runs on the site itself. Have the registered phone number ready — it is the first thing they ask for. The phone line is +233242426400 and email is support@pridespins.com.gh.
Opening a second account to get around a lockout is the expensive way out: the rule is one account per person, and duplicates can cost you every balance attached to them. Recovering the original is always cheaper.
Back in your account?
Twenty free Aviator rounds are waiting on a GHS 10 deposit, and cash-outs run up to GHS 20,000 a day.
Frequently asked questions
I forgot my PrideSpins password. What now?
Use the forgot-password link on the login screen. The reset code goes to the phone number on the account, so you need that SIM in hand. If the number itself is gone, live chat is the only route.
The SMS code is not arriving.
Give it a minute, then check the spam or blocked folder some Android phones create for unknown senders — that is the operator’s own first suggestion. Also make sure you have signal on the registered SIM rather than a second line.
Can I log in from two phones?
Yes. The account travels with the number, so the same login works on a phone, a tablet and the app. What you cannot do is hold two accounts.
Why does it say my details are wrong when they are right?
Check the password for capital letters first, then check you are typing the number in the same format you registered with. If both look right, live chat can confirm whether the account exists on that number.
How do I change the phone number on my account?
Through live chat only, and support verifies you first. You cannot change it yourself — that restriction is there to stop someone else moving your account onto their SIM.
