PrideBet Login

Your phone number and your password. That is the whole login — and when it fails, it is almost always one of four things.

Open PrideBet No account yet?

Four steps

  1. Open PrideBet

The Login button sits top right on every page, next to Register.

  2. Enter your phone number

The Zimbabwean number you registered with — the same line your EcoCash or InnBucks runs on.

  3. Type the password

It is case sensitive. This is where most failed logins actually go wrong.

  4. You are in

The balance shows top right, in US dollars. The cashier and Aviator are one tap from there.

The one that catches everyone

The password is case sensitive

A capital letter where you typed a small one is the most common reason a correct password gets rejected. Phone keyboards capitalise the first character on their own, and that alone breaks the login. Type it into a notes app first, then paste it in.

Second most common: the wrong line. The account lives on the Zimbabwean number you signed up with — not an email address, and not the second SIM in the same phone.

Logging in on the app

Same credentials, same account. The app does not create a separate login and does not need a separate registration — if the number and password work on the site, they work there. What the app will not do is rescue a password you have forgotten: the reset still goes through the SMS code.

Searching for Pride Bet Zimbabwe login and landing on a page that asks for anything more than a phone number and a password is a sign you are not on the operator's own site.

Resetting the password

The forgot-password link sits under the login form. The code goes to the registered number by SMS, and you set a new password in the same screen. Two things stop this working: no signal on that SIM, and a code typed after it expired — request a fresh one rather than retyping the old.

Set the new password somewhere you can read it back. The single most common lockout on this site is a password remembered with the wrong capital letter.

Still locked out

Live chat is the fastest of the three support routes and runs on the site itself. Have the registered number ready — it is the first thing they ask for. The phone line is +2638612130211 and email is support@pridebet.co.zw.

Opening a second account to get around a lockout is the expensive way out: the rule is one account per person, and duplicates can cost you every balance attached to them. Recovering the original is always cheaper.

Back in your account?

Ten free Aviator bets are waiting on a US$1 deposit, and 95% of cash-outs land in seconds.

Frequently asked questions

I forgot my PrideBet password. What now?

Use the forgot-password link on the login screen. The reset code goes to the phone number on the account, so you need that SIM with you. If the line is gone for good, live chat is the only way back in.

The SMS code is not arriving.

Wait a minute, then check the spam or blocked folder some Android phones create for unknown senders. Also confirm you have signal on the registered SIM rather than a second line in the same handset.

Can I log in from two devices?

Yes. The account travels with the number, so the same login works on a phone, a laptop and a tablet. What is not allowed is a second account.

It says my details are wrong when they are right.

Check the password for capital letters first, then the number format. If both look correct, live chat can confirm whether an account actually exists on that number.

How do I change the phone number on my account?

Through live chat, and support verifies you first. You cannot change it yourself — that stops anyone else moving your account onto their SIM.
