The operator publishes no fee information for Zimbabwe. That is not the same as free — in Ghana it explicitly marks all six methods free, and it has chosen not to make that statement here. Check the cashier screen before your first transfer.
Putting money in
One dollar is the floor, and it is also the welcome-offer threshold — the only one of the three countries where those two numbers match. There is no reason to deposit more than a dollar for your first top-up unless you intend to play with it.
Use the phone number your wallet is registered to. With no card or bank fallback, a mismatch there is the usual cause of a stuck transaction.
Taking money out
From one dollar, up to a thousand a day. The operator's claim — 95% processed instantly — is the most specific speed promise it makes anywhere, and specific promises are the kind worth holding someone to.
The ceiling is where Zimbabwe loses to the other two. Win four thousand dollars and you are collecting it over four days. That is not a refusal, but it is worth knowing before a tournament payout rather than after.
Unlike Ghana, there is no withholding tax in the operator's Zimbabwean terms — nothing is deducted from winnings at the point of payout.
